Hot tub while tripping

Has anyone sat in a hot tub during a mushroom trip? Ive done 3 times now, and I feel like it dampened the effects. I'm not aware of any reason why that would happen though and it could be a coincidence. 🤷�♂️

could have something to do with your body temperature or circulatory effects of being in the hot water. If anything though I would think that would be a vasodilating factor.

The body temp factor was about the only change I could see too. Definitely weird, but I'm going to chalk it up to a coincidence.

Your body knows it is in a potentially dangerous situation in a hot tub. The neurotransmitters to keep you alert and upright are in full effect. It is a very stimulating experience and although it is relaxing in a normal frame of mind the risk of drowning and the risk of overheating is real and so your body keeps paying attention as a survival priority.

The only time I did that, I woke up under water, with my SO pulling me up.
