I've been learning these guys for a few years now, with mixed success. The Drosera have been interbreading and reseeding, I've lost track of what is what. 😂
I lost a few this season unfortunately.

How is their color? If they have gotten pale and/or sad looking I'd check mineral content of the water. (TDS meter)
If they had a big glut of food they can have bit of a lul until they get hungry again but look otherwise mostly fine.
The drops can also get washed off when watering or misting (misting isn't usually recommended).

All of my sundews stopped producing drops of mucilage around 2 months ago. Anyone know if that is normal? Do they do this during dormancy or something?

I'm sure you know, but when I studied these as a kid, I was blown away when I learned flytraps are only native to the Carolinas. Cool stuff.

Do you have recommendations for more info on doing it correctly and where best to procure?

I killed a ton of em. 😂 For me, water quality was the key. They really need water with lowest possible mineral content, at least below 20ppm. I got a cheap TDS meter and found my water was my biggest problem. I had been using RO but it wasn't reliably low enough. Once I started using distilled or rain water they got a lot happier.

Potted indoor plants should sit in a dish/tray that is at least half as deep as the pot is tall.

I fill it up and then wait to refill until it's almost gone. (Emulating an ebb and flow pattern)

I mostly use long fiber sphagnum moss, corsely chopped. But any mix of non-nutritious and well draining substrate should work. Coir, Verm, pearlite, peat, sand, pumice, etc.
It will need to be well washed to remove any salts/minerals. I use nut milk strainer bags to soak and squeeze my soil mix until the water I squeeze out has below 20ppm. Some old hands to the hobby prepare pots and leave them outside to weather for a year before using. 😂 I'm patient, but...

I've had decent luck with seed and plants from small Etsy shops. just avoid any shop that has hundreds of different items. Those will mostly be junk shovelers.

Omg, you're an artist Scemi! Those are beautiful.

Beginning as a sprout, I have had several versions of these over time. None ever looked this nice except for the time I planted flytraps outside in the margins of a decorative pond in my backyard. I was amazed to see they made it through the winter. By spring they were spreading and getting large and juicy. Then my pug found the juicy moss growing at their base and pulled them all out, completely dessicated by the time I noticed.
