Here I plan to log my adventures in returning to brewing kombucha.

This will include education, notes, methods/ how to- different means of processing, recipes, all about fermentation, etc.

I really want to make some kombucha, but am unsure what the best way to source a good scoby is. I am also intersted in making kimchi, but napa cabbage is very expensive here at the grocery store.
